General Manager	To direct and manage resources of the Car Clinic to achieve agreed financial targets.	Extensive experience within the collision repair business. Qualified in at least one discipline used within the industry. Minimum 2 years sharp end experience as Asst. Manager.
Assistant Manager	To assist in achieving agreed financial target, through effective management of the resources of the Car Clinic. To assist in developing the activities of the Car Clinic by highlighting new market opportunities.	Extensive experience within the collision repair business. Qualified in at least one discipline used within the industry. Supervisory experience.
Estimator	To assist in achieving financial targets, through correctly estimating repair work required, liasing with key work providers and customers to obtain acceptance of quotations.	Extensive experience within the collision repair business. Qualified in at least one discipline used within the industry. Minimum 2 years sharp end experience as Asst. Manager.
Workshop Controller	To assist in achieving agreed financial target, through effective management of the resources of the Car Clinic. To assist in developing the activities of the Car Clinic by highlighting new market opportunities.	Extensive experience within the collision repair business. Qualified in at least one discipline used within the industry. PC literate. Excellent communication skills.
Administration Manager	To manage the administration and reception operation within the Car Clinic. Ensuring the team is fully resourced, motivated and trained to do the job.	Experience of working in a busy office environment at a senior administrator level for at least 2 years. Excellent communication skills. Focussed and results driven.
Claims Advisor/Administrator	To ensure efficient operation of the Car Clinic administration and reception function for advising customers in regard to their claims.	Experience of working within a busy administration/reception area. Excellent communication skills. Excellent telephone manner.
Paint Technician	To prepare, paint and finish vehicles to the highest standard in the time specified for each job.	Extensive experience as a paint technician. Will possess an industry standard qualification in body repair painting.
Panel Technician	To carry out body repair work to vehicles ensuring all work is of the highest quality and is completed within the time scales required.	Extensive experience as a panel technician. Will possess an industry standard qualification in body repair.
Fitter / Mechanic	To carry out mechanical repair work quickly, economically and to the company and manufacturers standards.	Extensive experience within fitting and mechanical environment. Will possess an industry standard qualification.
Parts Advisor	To control the order, receipt and storage and issue of parts to the Car Clinic personnel.	Experience within the parts environment, preferably within a busy parts department. Organised with effective administration/time management skills.
