LAUNCH OF COLLISION REPAIR CENTRE'S RETAIL PROGRAMME MAKES A HULL OF A DIFFERENCE FOR CUSTOMERS
Thursday 27th October, 2011 ![]() The UK’s second largest independent company of collision repair centres has chosen its Hull branch to launch the roll-out of a brand new retail concept and customer experience. Just Car Clinics, with 25 centres based around the north and midlands, selected its Clarence Street branch to pilot a whole new look for the customer area and it has proved so successful that it will now be rolled out across all other centres.
The end result is a much more welcoming, comfortable and stimulating environment focussed on improving communication between colleagues and customers as the company looks to push car maintenance products such as MOT, servicing, glass repair and tyres as well as more traditional accident repairs.
The refurbishment of the customer area followed a complete customer-eye audit and detailed assessment of other successful retail environments in other sectors. As a result new furniture and flooring was introduced, a customer refreshment area created and walls were completely decorated in brand colours with eye-catching vinyls fitted. In addition clear new signage was created and a tv screen erected to advertise the latest customer offers.
