FULL HOUSE ONCE MORE
Thursday 09th June, 2011 Just Car Clinics Group is once more celebrating a full house of BSI Kitemark accreditations across its 25-site network after newly acquired Northampton recently achieved the standard. Within weeks of securing 100% of BSI across its sites, the Group then acquired the Northampton site in December and the team has worked and invested to bring the business up to the expected Just Car Clinics standards. Just Car Clinics has been particularly keen to promote high standards in the body repair industry and has invested in excess of £250,000 to support all sites through the process to achieve the accreditation. The BSI Kitemark scheme by the British Standards Institute was developed by BSI and Thatcham and is a UKAS-accredited PAS 125. It was launched to ensure the highest possible standards in training and motor repair for customers and to enable accident repairs centres to show how serious they are about vehicle body repair standards. Any vehicle body repair business – large or small, independent or franchise – operating from fixed premises or mobile facilities can apply for a Kitemark licence, yet there have been less than a thousand awarded to date in the UK. Now every one of Just Car Clinics’ sites has been individually assessed and awarded the quality mark. Barry Whittles said: “The Kitemark is extremely important for our industry to position our businesses as the credible and professional operations that many are and reassure customers that they have a choice they can trust. Once more Just Car Clinics is proud of our 100% record across all sites. Barry added: “In a competitive trading world it is important that customers, particularly for accident repair, don’t lose focus on seeking out quality workmanship. We would urge all customers to look out for the BSI Kitemark quality symbol and we are proud to be able to display it in all Just Car Clinics sites.” JCC also invests more than £150,000 each year on in their in house training facility at Goole to assist with team training and development to achieve the Kitemark site accreditations.
