The issued share capital of Just Car Clinics Group plc (“the Company”) consists of 13,149,735 ordinary 1p shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The interests of David Hickey include 200,000 shares held in a trust of which he is a potential beneficiary.
