Customer Contact Centre

Just Car Clinic’s Customer Contact Centre launched at the end of 2010 and the team of 9 now handles claims centrally for the EUI Group, CIS, Esure, Allianz, National Accident Repair Group and all other claims for our Scarborough location, with more contracts scheduled to be handled by the team throughout 2011/12.

The team, led by Manager Sarah Burgess also handles all the phone calls for the Scarborough site, plus the calls for the Hinckley and Swindon sites, when the lines at the sites are busy. In addition, all the Group's customer satisfaction surveys are carried out by the team as well as JCC’s online body repair quotes and the Just Dents & Scuffs / Just Glass (mobile services) enquiries. 

The customer contact centre is open Monday to Friday, 8am – 7pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm and Sunday 11am – 3pm.
