16/02/2010 - Hull General Manager promoted through ranks from Panel Beater to Regional Manager

Manager of Hull’s two Just Car Clinics sites, John Pattinson has been promoted to Regional Manager, now responsible for six sites in York, Scarborough, Grimsby, Scunthorpe and two sites in Hull.

John began his career as a panel beater with Just Car Clinics 14 years ago.  He has worked his way through a number of promotions to General Manager York, Sheffield and Hull, and is now relishing his new challenge overseeing sites and managers, to help them improve efficiencies and maintain the excellent customer service across his new region.

John’s career progression through the ranks at Just Car Clinics is an excellent demonstration of the support given to employees by the company, which is the only accident repair chain to have it’s own in house training facility and a policy of promoting from within first where possible.

Following the announcement of his promotion, John said: “I’m looking forward to getting started, managing new people in new places and passing on what I’ve learnt over my many years in collision repair.”

Chief Executive Barry Whittles said: “John’s been with the team for a long time and he’s excelled in every position he’s held.  John knows every JCC procedure for every role inside out, he grew our Hull business and made it one of our most productive sites.  We are delighted to promote John to this senior role, in particular as it renforces our policy rewarding, promoting and retain our quality people.”
