01/10/2008 - Management moves at JCC

Just Car Clinics has announced a number of internal management moves that will affect three of the UK’s second largest independent collision repair chain’s sites. The changes to management roles at Banbury, Hinckley and Sheffield will have no effect on the high service enjoyed by the customers of this flourishing business, which now has 23 sites across the country. 

Barry Whittles, Chief Executive of JCC, said: “Our business is constantly growing and evolving and, as with any successful organisation, changes are constantly taking place as we strive to exceed our customers’ expectations.” Julian Davies, currently Assistant Manager at Just Car Clinic Hinckley, will take on the role of General Manager at the Banbury site, while former Banbury GM Nick Bellinger takes on the role of Mobile Estimator for the Southern Region. 

Barry Whittles said: “Nick has been instrumental in implementing the JCC policies and procedures at the site over the last few months.  As a certified Estimator Nick can step straight into his new role and I am sure he will enhance the estimator coverage for the region. Julian’s promotion will allow him to continue the work that Nick started at the site.”

As a result of Mr Davies’ move to Banbury, Estimator Chris Wright will take on the role of Workshop Controller at Just Car Clinic Hinckley, working closely with Alan Clarke, General Manager, while John Pickering, Estimator at Just Car Clinic Ilkeston, will transfer to Hinckley, where he will carry out the same role. 

Meanwhile, JCC’s two Sheffield sites, which have been run under the control of one General Manager, Mick Green, will now each have a dedicated GM, with Mick Green based at Sutherland Street, with Jordan Ashmore, previously Assistant Manager, becoming General Manager at Woodbourn Road.  

Barry Whittles added: “We are delighted with the changes in management and are confident that customers will benefit from what each and every member of the JCC team brings to their respective positions. We wish everyone the very best in their new roles.” All of the changes will take effect from 1 November 2008.
