18/06/2008 - Further expansion in Midlands for JCC

Just Car Clinics (JCC), the UK’s second largest independent collision repair chain, has acquired its 22^nd branch. The new centre, at Banbury, Oxfordshire, covers 15,000 sq ft and sees JCC increasing its presence in the Midlands. The site, a former branch of BW Chequer, will continue to enjoy support from its existing corporate clients. Work is now underway to rebrand the centre in full JCC branding and also put in place the procedures that have made JCC so successful elsewhere. The acquisition of the site also sees 18 employees joining JCC, while Nick Bellinger, a member of the management team at Swindon, will take up the position of General Manager. Barry Whittles, JCC’s chief executive, said: “The acquisition of this new branch falls in line with our strategy to develop the business strategically. We have a philosophy of providing regional cover with local care and, with sites already at Swindon and Hinckley, the branch at Banbury is perfectly located to enable us to improve our service to customers in this area.” Just Car Clinics is committed to investing in its people and, essentially, to retaining them as staff members.Mr Whittles added: “We are delighted to welcome our new team members and also to see Nick Bellinger taking on this new role after four months with the company. We continue to invest to ensure that we offer the highest levels of customer service and this latest site acquisition is proof of that.”
