Summer’s well and truly over, this year’s touring is done, and biking enthusiasts will be thinking about putting their bike and kit away and returning to a life that doesn’t revolve around two wheels. But before motorcycles are placed into winter hibernation, Just Bike Clinics (JBC) is advising that they be given the overhaul they deserve. Dealing with the damage that may have been picked up during those months on the road - however small - means that, when the open road calls again, riders can be up and revving out of the garage without any worries about the condition of their bike. Just Bike Clinics, which are a division of the Just Car Clinics group the second largest independent chain of collision repair centres in the UK, specialise in accident damage and cosmetic rectification on all makes and models. Just Bike Clinics currently operate from two centres, located in Sheffield and Durham, with the ability to accept damaged bikes from most locations and have a fully equipped, dedicated van for collection and delivery. David Hall, Development Manager, said: “There are a growing number of motorcyclists who use their bikes to the fullest potential during the warmer months. Naturally, bikes are now being put into mothballs for the winter months but before that happens we’d advise motorcyclists to get the work done that they’ve been putting off while they’ve been busy out on the road. “We have the ability to repair all brands and models of bikes and we have decades of experience in the repair of motorcycles.” Repairs are as good or better then OEM standard. The ‘Global’ jig will get bikes straighter than standard, while specialist ‘Lechler’ paint systems put a fine finish on them. JCC’s experienced team can offer plastic welding, MIG & TIG welding and will also fit alarms.
