Just Car Clinics expands further, as the Group announces acquisition of 19th branch Just Car Clinics has announced the addition of its 19th branch – the Group’s sixth acquisition in nine months. The acquisition sees Just Car Clinics, the UK’s second largest independent collision repair chain, expanding its geographical spread into the East Midlands. Barry Whittles, the group’s chief executive, is delighted to be further developing the business after acquiring a branch from Trinity Motors of Hinckley Limited, in Hinckley, Leicestershire, which currently employs approximately 45 team members. The new centre, which is ideally located in a 28,000 square foot facility, will immediately be re-branded as Just Car Clinics and will undergo a twelve-week period of development and integration to ensure that Just Car Clinics’ operating procedures and core values are instilled at all levels of the business and that the change process is both effective and rapid. The Group, which employs more than 500 people across its branches, now operates from nineteen locations covering an area from Lincoln, Hinckley and Grantham in the south up to Durham and Hartlepool in the north. “We are continuing to look at new opportunities to develop the Just Car Clinics brand and take the Group to a national level,” said Barry Whittles. “Hinckley is the next phase of the Group’s expansion - this new location continues the strategy of expanding our network of facilities by a combination of acquisitions and newly-developed locations, which will complement and build on the Group's existing locations in the East Midlands.”
