02/04/2007 - Just Car Clinics celebrates 100,000th delighted collision repair customer

The UK’s second largest independent collision repair chain is celebrating after servicing its 100,000th customer this week.

Staff at the Hull branch of Just Car Clinics, which has 18 sites throughout the UK, were delighted to reach the group’s milestone when they repaired 39-year-old Neil Hunt’s car following a collision.

Mr Hunt, who is a planning engineer at BP Chemicals, went to JCC for some bodywork after damaging the side panel of his Vauxhall Astra convertible in a collision at a set of traffic lights.

The experienced team at JCC’s Hull branch repaired his black convertible car and gave Mr Hunt a bottle of champagne to celebrate the fact that he’s the 100,000th customer they have helped since the company was launched in 1992.

“It’s quite an achievement to reach this milestone,” said John Pattinson, general manager of JCC’s Hull branch. “As the area’s leading collision repair centre, we come across hundreds of motorists every week who have been involved in a collision. It can be a very stressful experience for people, so we try to make any repair work as hassle-free as possible.

“I am proud to say that our customers always drive away from us completely satisfied. Our 100,000th customer was delighted with the service he received and we’re looking forward to repairing another 100,000 cars over the coming years.”

Mr Hunt says he couldn’t fault the level of service he received at JCC. He said: “I was sat at some traffic lights, when another vehicle went into the left handside of my car. I was delighted with the bodywork the team at JCC did on my car, it’s as though the accident never even happened.

“The level of communication from JCC was excellent – they kept me in touch with what was happening every step of the way and the whole job ran very smoothly.”
